As your current/future hairstylist, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible.
Cancellations
As your current/future stylist, I do my best to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please reach out. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will have to be charged an administration fee with no guarantee that you'll be rescheduled within the same week . Want to find out more? Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Shipping/ Return Policy
How long is shipping & processing?
Orders are batched from Friday-Thursday and are shipped off the upcoming Tuesday of each week. Once orders are processed, shipping is
determined by the selection of your choice with the option for Store Pick-Up as well.
Are refunds available?
No Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credits are available so please be sure you have selected the correct length, quantity and texture of hair you would like to purchase.
Can changes be made to an order once placed?
Changes can only be places within the batching window for your hair order (Before the upcoming Thursday at 5p. After that, there is no way to change your order.
